You'll never lose that pacifier, this monogrammed pacifier clip is a great way to keep baby's pacifier in reach at all times. No more dropping pacifiers onto the ground, or losing when out for a stroll at the mall. Monogrammed pacifier clips make unique baby shower gifts and are sure to be a hit with the new mom and dad.
Over the holidays, you were able to catch up with your best friend from college, & her new baby girl, it was a fun & long overdue visit. While you were hanging out, you couldn't stop staring at the little bundle of joy, she’s so adorable and teeny while watching her sleep, you kept noticing how frequently she spit her pacifier out and that it wasn't attached to anything, so you make her some pacifier clips.
Pacifier clips are great for keeping your baby's pacifier off of the floor. This particular clip offers a bit of style and personalization. The clip is 10" long and many fonts are available for the initial, many patterns available for the ribbon.
Monogrammed pacifier clips are like nothing out there. Super cute with a name and design. They clip right to anything. When your child drops his/her pacifier, it doesn't end up on the dirty floor. These pacifier clips can be used with a pacifier that has a handle or one without a handle. Hand wash.
Monogrammed Pacifier Clips make the Perfect Gift and Customers just love them. You won't find these just anywhere. Each clip is made with a 3/8 inch Grosgrain Ribbon. It's light weight and has a clip on one end that attaches to your baby's outfit. The other end has a Snap Loop which is perfect to hold a Pacifier so it won't drop on the dirty floor. Approximate length is 10 inches for your baby's safety.
To create the easy-clean version:
- Cut a circle out of the fabric, (using the template) like you normally would, & then cut another circle out of the lightweight vinyl.
- Apply the letter sticker (instead of an embroidered monogram like before) on the center of the fabric.
- Layer the clear lightweight vinyl circle over the fabric circle, & create a loose straight stitch through both layers that you'll use to gather the material.
- Prepare the back face of the button, by gluing the end of the ribbon onto the inside of the back face, just like the directions for the original version.
- Gather the stitch around the 2 layered circles around the front face of the button, until it's as tight as you can get it, then knot it to secure it.
- Use one hand to hold the vinyl smoothly around the edges of the front face (being sure your sticker-monogram is centered), & the other hand will press the back face up against the front face, all the while keeping the vinyl as tight & smooth as possible. (This is the hardest part.) Make sure at this point that your ribbon is hanging down straight below the monogram.
- You won't permanently attach the back just yet - but as you're pressing the 2 halves of the button together firmly, transition them to a strong surface (like a countertop) & then use something small & round (like a spool) to apply some very strong pressure against the back face of the button. You'll eventually hear that old familiar "POP" sound.
- Attach the snaps & finish the end of the ribbon as described in the original tutorial, & you've got yourself a cute, cleanable pacifier clip!
